An iconic address with a sulphurous past, Le Château Rose is writing a new chapter by transforming itself into a luxury hotel combining heritage, architectural elegance and contemporary audacity. Alongside his wife Sylvie Ranger, in charge of the decoration and layout of the 18 rooms and the various spaces, the entrepreneur imagined a setting offering his guests a real break of well-being, refinement and escape.
“We played very gently on styles, materials and colors in total harmony with the soul of the place” explains this creator of universe who invites aesthetes in search of authenticity and excellence to recharge their batteries and discover the fabulous instinctive and seasonal cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Christophe Chiavola.

True to his DNA, Michelin-starred chef Christophe Chiavola has created instinctive cuisine for Le Château Rose that respects nature and the seasons. Inspired by the magical view of the restaurant “La Baie des Voiles” on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, he designed a signature menu with Land & Sea accents prepared with 4 hands with chef Kristjel Lleshi. Mediterranean notes and combinations of new flavors “enhanced by a touch of acidity” enhance gourmet and daring creations.
Among them, the seaweed and whelk mushroom served with Iberian ham and full-bodied juice; organic green asparagus combined with fresh tuna belly, rock octopus enhanced by candied celery and shells or even the famous fish soup with soubressade. “We invite the Castle's guests to great discoveries! ” concludes this artisan of taste at the service of nature and excellence.
